本应用不含任何第三方分析、广告或跟踪 SDK。
你输入的体重、身高等仅用于在本应用内为你估算训练建议，不会离开你的设备与 iCloud。
删除某条记录或卸载应用即可删除本地数据；iCloud 中的数据可在你的 iCloud 设置中管理。
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，且不收集任何信息。
